Location is great, was able to walk to a lot of the locations we visited. View is very pretty!

The parking, if you got in late parking was difficult to find. Remodeling going on that you need to work around, but I’m sure once they are done with the remodel it’s going to look great and less hassle.

Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast hours ned to be extended to 10.

Room was spacious and very clean! Had a wonderful view. Was in a great location in a center of everything I think!

The breakfast was not as good as it could be. Another brand of sausage might be a good idea. A waffle maker would be great too! Loved the seating along the back of the building along the river!!! Great place to enjoy the evening watching the ducks, geese, and the sunset!

Wonderful location, able to walk to many things. Lots of space in the room. Staff was super friendly.

Indoor pool was small. The family that checked in on our last night was very loud. Kids running and knocking on doors, not really the hotels fault.

Room was nice and clean. Shower was great. Good water pressure and loved the shower head.

Our bed was a lil bit to firm. But I've stayed here several times and never had this problem.

They were having difficulties with one elevator when we first arrived, but resolved it quickly. The bed could have been more comfortable, but it wasn't terrible.

The room was dated and had a weird smell. The carpet in our room had dirt in it from previous guests. We didn't get in the pool because it was being used by four others, and there was no room for us. The breakfast did not look appealing. The pictures online make this place look better.

didn’t have no view,the hot tub was loud and the mattress didn’t have much padding

Well I could not sleep 1 night so I went to the office an got a drink an the lady at the deck was so nice I am in a wheel chair she got the drink off the top shelve I could not rich an I set an talked a bit with her she was so nice an it was 3rd shift

it was close to the main part of Pigeon Forge.

After checking in, you had to see a timeshare sales agent in the lobby to get your parking pass.
