I contacted the property several times we were woken up until 2 am with outside guests. Floors were dirty and greasy. Bed sheets were old and appeared dirty.

there was water leaking from the ceiling, luckily it was over the sink

I was charged a deposit that I knew nothing about. They claimed that they had no way to print out receipts and it’s been over the 10 days they claimed I would have to wait for my deposit but I have not received anything back. This hotel has the worse service possible and I will never stay there ever again and will not be recommending to anyone I know

The entire stay was over my expectations. The room was so clean and nicely renovated! Dog friendly, so we brought our big boy with us, and it suited us perfectly! This Location will be my go-to when I have to visit Dublin again!

I LIKED THAT THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.
I called the desk and ask for an iron and ironing board and the person stated to me that she did not know if they had those items. The major thing it was very disappointed with was the surprise $100 I had to pay upfront as a security deposit.

The Bathroom was not clean hair was in the Tub. the pillows on the bed were too small and TV was too small .

Room was updated, nice. Beds were comfy. Electric outlets added were GREAT. Towels were soft and lots of them.
No tissues, no coffee or breakfast.

remote for tv didn’t work. got another from the front desk. that one didn’t work either. one bed had hair in it.
