The price was good and it was close to where I needed to be

The room was not cleaned. Coffee and grounds still in pot, even after we notified them. Sink had coffee on it, shower curtain was moldy.There was not enough bath linen for 2 people. The pool was advertised as recently renovated but a sign said it was permanently closed.

The older female front desk attendant is very unprofessional. Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms well. Ice machines are broken on the two floors they are located. Pool is permanently closed as the sign states as you walk in the front. Elevator is out of service. Amenities are not as described at all.

I absolutely like nothing about it it was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my life

I didn't like anything the elevator didn't work there were no clean towels it was horrible I ended up checking out a day early

No breakfast at all when it was supposed to be included. Talk about bad advertising. I won't stay on this hotel ever again.

They gave me my money back that the vending machines took without supplying product.

Our first room was supposed to be a non smoking room, which it was not. The sheets were visibly dirty. I asked to see another one. In this room the ac did not work. The door was not secureable There were cracks in the walls. There was no screen on the window and we were on the third floor. The bathroom door had been kicked in. Half the light bulbs were removed. The desk chair was broken. The towel rack in the bathroom had been ripped out and someone just stuck it back in the hole. This was the good room.
