I like the location, the staff, the large parking lot, and easy to get to my room.

The walls are paper thin and I can hear every word the next door neighbor is saying. It was annoying hearing the neighbor talk about private matters. The fridge's buzzing noise increased and decreased throughout the night. The noise spunded like the motor was going to It kept me up all night. The shower's output of water was steaming hot to almost burning my skin. The cold water was almost non-existant when showering.There is no hair conditioner and the shampoo bottles are quite small. Soap bars are so out of date. I dislike the messy sudsy soap the soap bars make around the sink area after a person washes his/her hands. A pump soap is much preferred to avoid a messy soap sink area. There should be a table or shelf in the shower area to place clean garments. Placing clean garments on the toilet seat is NOT ok. The tv has no guidance on what show I'm watching so it's frustrating to use the T.V. I couldn't find a room phone to contact the front lobby. Where is the phone???

The beds were super comfortable and clean. The pool was great as well. The free breakfast was just right.

The hours on the pool. We didn't get there until 7:30PM. We were only able to swim for 30 minutes.

Breakfast wasn’t that good, hard boiled eggs were like rubber, and scrambled eggs not much better, also had to fixing toilet as the tank was not filling properly

The breakfast was awesome...really good, warm, and lots of choice.

The walls are very thin. When the room next door got back at 1:30am, were talking loudly, and turned the TV on - we heard everything and made it impossible to sleep.

Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Good variety to choose from. The location of the hotel suited our needs. Close to restaurants and fuel and gave us a great home base location as we rode our motorcycles north and back down to Londonderry.

They did mention they were short staffed. So our room didn’t get made up as often. But for us it worked out in our favour. So it really wasn’t a complaint.

Clean it was a short stay just to sleep had to be somewhere early and it was nearby. Desk clerk was great let them know

Everything was very clean abd even smelled clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable and also the pillows (lots of those). Breakfast had a lot of choices and all the staff at breakfast and the main desk were very pleasant and helpful. There was a really nice lookiing pool and hot tub area. We did not use it but wished we could have. We had meeting a few miles north so it was convenient being near the highway.

The rooms were somewhat small for 2 people with only 1 chair. The exercise room had a TV that was not working due to recent renovations but hopefully they will have corrected that. The tread mill was an older variety but we got it to work. The hair dryer needed attention but worked fine after that. The shower stall was a nice big one but the floor was slippery so they have installed a grip bar for support. I recommend non-slip decals or equivalent for the shower floor.
