The front desk associates assistance.

1. Heater was not working. Somebody from help desk tried to assist. They tried to assist but not of much effect. Had to sleep in cold. :( 2. Breakfast had next to nothing.

Location to RDU, shuttle service

I think when we tried to check in, we inconvenienced the front desk clerk. She was watching SpongeBob in the worlds smallest lobby. We sat there for 2 hours until a room was ready. The lights in the room kept flickering on & off. The carpet was disgusting. The entire building is overdue to be demolished & rebuilt. I would have taken the shuttle back to the airport but it was $150 & nonrefundable. We just flew in from England & we were beat. Learn from my experience, don't stay here.

The staff was great 👍, from the front desk to housekeeping. We received great customer service.

The hotel and room was wonderful, the only complaint I had was the breakfast. I thought we would have a full breakfast but it was only continental breakfast so we had to go to the Waffle House for breakfast.

Fire alarm kept beeping when I told front desk they didt have anyone to fix. I asked for information they didt or couldt help. They finally disconnected fire alarm. Next day fixed it disturbing my sleep. Breakfast was terrible disappointment. Liked nothing

Towels were dirty, water damage in the bathroom, facility smelled bad, beds were horrible, pillows flat, toiletries were in a dispenser vs individual packaging
