There wasn’t much for me to like the pool was decent
I called front desk to clean my room they told me they only cleaned the room every other day . Brought me sheets to change them myself and a broken vacuum that kept turning off .

Easy access to get back on the road. It had a very nice restaurant/bar. The food was excellent! Compliments to Indigo the Chef!
The smell of Fabuloso was very strong everywhere

The price was great, the pool was nice and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The woman serving us was very sweet and personable.
The floor in the bedroom was filthy. I dripped water off of me from the pool and wiped the floor off. The towel was disgustingly black.

Budget friendly! The quality and cleanliness of the room were very good. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Central location is a plus. The breakfast offerings were decent.
Our AC unit made an odd noise throughout the night - a possible condenser issue. Not bothersome enough to disrupt our stay though.

It had everything under one roof. Didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.
Pool says it’s heated but was on the cold side. Was nice just wish it was warmer so I could have enjoyed it longer.

What a terrible experience. we arrived late to our room when walking up to our room let's just say the smell was terrible in the halls and was not any better in our room. When we got to the room i noticed a old metal box on the foor i realized it was a space heater which had to be from the 80s. There was no remote for the tv. People were blaring music so loud outside our room I had to call and see if someone would make them stop. People down the hall from us were banging on the door, curing and screaming to let them in. Honestly, it was a scary experience. After this experience, I was already questing the breakfast that was to be served. We went down, and honestly, it was just weird. A lady served you the food which we got and my daughter found hair in her eggs so we ate a packaged container of yogurt and went out for breakfast. When walking down to check out a man asked me and my young daughter if we wanted to make some money. Needless to say I highly do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

The staff was excellent . The room had everything in it anyone could want as well as comfort. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the area to eat was spacious.
The only sad part was my room was next door to a group of four people who continually talked and made noise during the night until after 4 AM. I didn't check in until midnight and it made sleeping very difficult.

Clean and friendly with excellent location.
The breakfast was not very good. No real selection like many other motels. Also, no one came to clean the room in the three days we were there.

Nice place even if near to the airport, we never listen a plane. Rooms are cleaned and beds confortables. Breakfast was good.

It's just unfortunate and unbelievable that we forgot ON TOP OF THE MESSY BED OUR PIJAMAS (MAN LONG NAVY BLUE PANTS AND SHORT GRAY WITH STRIP FOR WOMAN)
WE Call the next day to ASK for it... and SUPPOSEDLY the cleaning team NEVER SAW /FOUND THE CLOTHING!!! It's a shame that know one saw it or saved on the side LOST N FOUND bin... So, WHOM cleaned it after we leave - start there!!!
I honestly won't recommend this location plus the person in front desk was unfriendly and rude with his word sometimes during the check in. two thumbs DOWN!!!

Solo me gusto el precio, muy económico y el personal muy servicial.
Tras que tuve que esperar varios minutos en recepción también que llegar a la habitación por fuera del hotel porque había una actividad privada. No tenían conexión entre los empleados. Nos dieron una habitación sin estar preparada y limpia. Y tuve que esperar varios minutos con niños a lo que nos daban otra habitación. Deberían actualizar las habitaciones. La piscina olía muchísimo a cloro. Y los pasillos lleno de personas.

The location was probably the best part of this. The staff were hard to understand.
The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We tried to tell the staff this and they said it was because our room was near an exit door and people smoke, but this seemed a little more than just people smoking outside. The floors were confusing since we were on the ground floor but all the doors in our level were two hundred doors but there were signs saying it was the first floor. We used the pull out sofa for our daughter but the linen had not been replaced from a previous person. When I asked if I could have new linen the staff member that I asked gave me an attitude saying it would be a little while and that they would get it to me when they could. Then I had to change the linen and remake the bed myself.

Right away, I noticed that the air was comfortable in the room, not stuffy at all. The sound was insullated well whereas we couldn't hear other people while we were there, although the hotel was full. The young woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. I asked her to describe some of the food that was sold at the restaurant bar in the lobby, which she did for me and her recommendation was good - the burgers we ordered were great. I like that the shampoo and conditoner were Matrix, too. We asked for two beds and the room was spacious AND had two tv.s The lobby and diningroom were decorated beautifully for Halloween, an arcade looked nice, and the business space looked nice, clean, and complete. (...I can't comment on the ancillary facilities of the pool or exersize rooms because I didn't see them).

Nice room, very clean. Great value for the money. Free Breakfast till 9 a.m. Don't be late. The bar and restaurant food is good. Basic Sysco but well done. The staff was helpful and friendly! Very Clean. Safe for a family.

Near the airport
It was less than clean, ants near the left side of the night stand, numerous hairs on the bed, in the shower on the bathroom floor. I was too tired to inform the desk so I just removed the hairs myself. A bit disappointing.

The room and breakfast were fine. The breakfast attendant was helpful and pleasant. We had an issue with our initial room that was quickly taken care of by the front desk and that was appreciated. There was ample parking and the hotel is close to several restaurants & other amenities. Would definitely return.
Not the most modern facility but comfortable enough. We had a problem with our initial room: when we walked in, there was a mildew-like odor. We debated whether we would get "used to it" before going to the front desk for a change. They were wonderful and changed it right away. The new room was fine.
Though we wouldn't have used the pool, it was a shame that it was closed, especially as this was the middle of summer.

The room we were in had been recently renovated and everything looked new. I read reviews on the regular hotel website and apparently bed bugs are a issue at the hotel. We did not see any. The common areas of the hotel were renovated as well.
The water temperature was a bit too hot.
