ROACHES! saw roaches crawling around the walls. front desk has a sign saying you can only complain for a refund the first 15 minutes. also the room felt slightly damp and dirty. staff had no record of us when we got back from our show. couldnt get back into our room with our keys. and it took us forever to get the front desk guy to understand and check. our luggage was in our room. overall the worst hotel experience we have ever had. will. it ever stay there again and do NOT recommend for anyone else to stay.

Bed bugs!!

The proximity to Bethlehem Diner was a plus. Not much else though.

Booked a non-smoking room but the room had an ashtray in it and they used so much air freshener to cover up the smell that we got headaches. There were no blankets - just a flat sheet and a top sheet with holes in them. We four people split over two queen beds with a total of three pillows. After asking for more at the front desk they were able to give us one more, but without a pillow case. We were there for three days and the room keys stopped working every day, leaving us stranded outside the building and having to go to the front desk. See the picture I included. Any hootel that has to post this sign has a serious problem.

The pice was cheap! But not worth it

The facility is filthy, not up to date.

Some put a swing needle in the window drape. And I found it when I was closeing the drape. I report it to the management. And he just return to his tv. shoe. Never ask if I need first aid, or not. Or offer a cut in room rate for this. Breakfast????. What breakfast, by the look of thing, no one has had BREAKFAST there in a long time.

There was roaches, the sheets did not look changed, there are holes in the sheets, the door was broken and the locks were broken, it smelled bad and there was a sign on the wall that said “white lives matter”

Was not clean or safe especially for a newborn

Found a bloody towel in the bathroom unclean toilet and tub and white stuff on rug so not vacuumed and burn hole in the bedding yellow stains in the pillows and blood on the one painting and the hair dryer and hand soap Dispenser was missing my door look like some pride it open at one point the Lach look was missing have the locking and the heater/ ac unit was broken We asked the girl at front desk to have the cleaning lady go thu it again we left for six hour came back and she never cleaned it went back to ask why the guy (because shift changed happened ) said cleaning leaves at 2 mind you we checked in at 2 and seen cleaning lady there the next day i talked to the lady because I checked out next day she was disappointed the cleaning lady never went back though then she told her too

No I absolutely did not. The place was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a light in the light socket. Cigarette burns in the sheets. The window didn't have a lock on it. Stuff all over the walls. Place should be shut down if you ask me.

Staff was rude. Wouldn't give me. Refund bc I wasn't back to the front desk in 30 mins. It took me a grand total of 40 mins to get my vehicle unloaded. Walk into that room. Figure out the nonsense I was dealing with. Get proof of what happen. Get my stuff back out of the room and then to front desk to ask for a refund. To get denied. Then instead of giving me my rooms I "paid" for. He deactivated my room cards and kept my money.
