Nothing!!!

This was the nastiest, place I've ever stayed. The pictures portrayed that it was nice. The heat had to be worked on arrival. There was no trash cans, the mirrors and artwork was filthy, the ice machine was broken, the paint was dirty, and there was no double protection on the door. The comforter on the bed was a thin and scratchy. This place needs to be torn down or at least renovated. For $10 more I could have stayed in a brand new hotel on the same street.

I loved it. The room is great. I am planning on staying longer. The staff made adjustments for my son and me, to make sure we had all that we needed. I appreciate them so much. I will say, no bugs!! I was so excited to not have to fight with critters.

Honestly I can't think of anything major. I wish the pool had been open. If that is the only complaint, then they are doing well! I do wish there was more plugs, but they offered me extension cords if needed.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. Upon arrival checked in and payed and used the bathroom by the front desk as I opened the door there was a huge cockroach on the floor dead. Went upstairs and the vanity was leaning off the wall toilet was never cleaned. Trim was hanging off the wall and wall rotted behind it. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. We t back to desk and said I wanted to check out and stated why and they looked surprised that it was in that condition said they do t do refunds but the would make the exception. But would not be refunded for almost 2 weeks and I feel like I may not get that back

The staff were friendly.

We didn't like that the room they put us in did not have clean sheets the second room that they put us in did not have blankets Just the finished sheet and the decorative top sheet. In the second room, there Was a convenient store cup laying on the ground next to the bed. It was just a frustrating experience..

I liked the room and that you get two beds and that it’s close to a lot of food places

Our towels were wet yet folded, no trash bags in the room, couldn’t find the tv remote and tv wouldn’t even turn on, and there was hair in one of the beds like the blankets haven’t been washed
