They advertised a breakfast but it was only coffee, juice, and a granola bar. The entire building smells of weed no matter what floor you are on.

The A/C was pretty good.
I booked this hotel for the pool because I figured it would give me something to do. The window in my room was cracked, the pool was closed (wasn’t even told until after I checked in that it’s been closed for 5 years). It looks NOTHING like the pictures, the smoke detector battery kept going off, the cards to the doors didn’t work half the time, and some of the staff were not so friendly.. shout out to the one house keeper who acted like it wasn’t an inconvenience to do her job though! They could use more staff like you! Over all IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!

Staff was incredibly rude. Booked the hotel for the pool. Wasn't told until after we were charged that the pool was out of order. The laundry facilities were down, and we had no TV due to the cable box not working. When we went to the desk to see if they could take care of the TV, the lady came in and messed with the cable box a few minutes then said she didn't know and left.

Had to leave a 50 dollar deposit cash or bank card after I had already booked with my credit card. Saw roaches.

I like that the bed was comfortable and you also had nice channels on the TV
The bathroom needs to be upgraded with new shower curtains and new shower heads and the toilets are too low and also it needs to be more pillows on the bed

The location was good. The morning staff were friendly and competent.
I emailed through my booking agent that I wanted to switch dates. They emailed them and they never got back. Then, once I arrived, they asked if I was not able to switch dates. Also, there were no light bulbs in the lamps and I was trying to get work done. I had already showered, so I didn’t want to go seek out light bulbs.

Everything, the front desk was not at all customer service friendly, was unaware of a deposit. Never had to pay a deposit at a super 8 before.

The rooms were dirty, carpets had stains all over them, lamp was smashed in, tv remote didn’t work, our door to our room didn’t even shut all the way to lock. We didn’t even need a key card!

1. please delete photos of pool. it is a room currently storing construction supplies. pool is filled with dirt at the bottom
2. daily cleaning is not being done. floors are dirty behind toilets. basic dusting on common areas is not being completed.
3. cigarette burns on sheets in my non smoking room
4. absolutely no breakfast was included. chairs in what looks to be breakfast area were never brought down. still sitting on tables during “breakfast time”.

it was so dirty I left and pool wasn’t working I walked in it was so bad I walked out had the manager cancel which he was nice enough to do so it was the only thing good with the experience
