Beds were a bit stiff

Easy check in process, the front desk people were always available. You have tv, mini refrigerator, microwave. The bath has good amount of space, the linens were clean during my stay.

For the money I paid I would expect a better flooring area(carpet). It was uneven but not worse; probably they could renovate the flooring and shower area in the near future.

I had large valuables in my car, so I had a security concern for overnight parking. I liked parking my car right outside my room door (so I could hear the alarm if the car were tampered with), and the well-lit parking lot.

There are 2 wings to this motel - one 2-story that's apparently newer than the original 1-story building. My room was in the older one. I saw good reviews of this motel, but I think that must have been from guests who stayed in the newer wing. My ground level room was a disappointment. The dark carpet was stained. I wore socks on my feet while in the room, and I collected wads of long black hair on them. The paint on the bathroom door jamb woodwork was peeled off up to about 12" off the floor, and the underlying wood was deteriorated. This appeared to be from shower water splashing there. Some 12" x 12" bathroom tiles were loose and/or uneven - also perhaps due to water from the shower. The divided highway in front of the facility created significant traffic noise.

Perfect accommodations to get off the road and out of the weather for a while. Bare bones room, sitting area with a table, a bed and a small bathroom with standing shower. Check in is in person, simple and out host was very polite. It’s clean and it’s affordable.

The room was very warm. I opened a window for the breeze. There was a couple small cosmetic maintenance issues in the bathroom but it didn’t impede functionality.
