The price of the room was reasonable for the number of nights we were staying (8). The room looked nice to start with.

I didn't like the smell of cigarettes, which was so potent that no matter how much air freshener was sprayed, we'd always smell the cigarette smell whenever we left and came back. The blankets were either too thin or too rough, there was no in-between, and all of the blankets and sheets had a hole burned in the same spot where someone had been smoking a cigarette, even though there was a sign that said the room had been cleaned and reserved for non-smoking guests. The last thing I didn't really like was the fact that the toilet and shower had barely any water pressure (the toilet almost becoming clogged several times with the minimum amount of TP in it) while the sink had the water pressure of a busted fire hydrant.

Every time I travel to West Monroe this is where I've stay. Haven't been in a couple years the place needs upgrade and get rid of roaches.

Dead roaches in refrigerator. Carpet need to be replaces. Not enough room to rove around with only 2 people in the room.

The room was dark. There were no lightbulbs in the lamp. The head of the bed went down into the floor. The pillows were soft. There was no iron that was an ironing board, but there was no iron. There was a problem with the key they didn’t work you had to work with them to get them in the get the key card to work.

Paying 95$ for a unclean room that had been zipped through by the cleaning staff like nobody's buusness
