I liked the desk area and the size of the bed.

The TV was in an awkward position. I requested my room to be cleaned 2 times but it never happened. The 'breakfast' is lacking.

The only good thing is location- its close to the airport.

Pretty much everything else. Room was very outdated. The bed was not comfortable. Bathroom was small and didn't have any bath wash. Everything looked like in the hotel from shining. Breakfast was very sad. No hot food. Don't waste your money and eat somewhere else. Or find another hotel

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was extremely friendly. She was kind, thoughtful, and very patient as we checked in. I enjoyed our chit chat and getting to know her a bit. When we had a problem in the room, she was quick to rectify the issue.

This place is a dump and falling apart. The only thing holding it together is the paint I'm sure of it. And even that is chipped and falling off. No upkeep has been done to this place over the years and it's so obvious. The bathroom had a great big dent in the floor because of a flood and the paint had already started pulling off around the bottom of the doors and trim. It's only a matter of time before that third floor bathroom falls into the second floor. The bed was lumpy and bumpy, everything looked and felt so dated.

Everything was amazing! The staff was so pleasant. And remembered who we were and when we came back from our event, and my daughter was on crutches, they were so accommodating and wanted to help out and see if we needed anything. Way to go! Customer service is in my blood, and I was very impressed!
