Location and that’s it!

They do not clean the rooms! Shower was dirty! Sheets were dirty! Carpet is disgusting! Pool was blurry! Pool room was filthy. There is literally a sign in the bathroom that says they come and clean once a week. Staff is not friendly, atleast to me except the black woman when I checked out (I’m also black). When i asked the staff where the pool was she asked me if i actually stayed there while I’m holding a key in my hand. Then she never told us SHE had to let us in the pool room after we attempted to get in ourselves. This property is TRASH compared to Hampton Inn up the street. I will NEVER stay here again. Ever. Rooms have potential they just aren’t actually clean! The fridge had mold and rust as well.

lights in rooms needs to be brighter for older customers would help to install higher commodes on next remodel for older customers thanks

The location.

The room I I got vs the room that’s stated online are not the same. Online states it has a pullout bed and living room but it doesn’t. My children ended up having to sleep on a pallet I made on the floor. I wasn’t promised to get a full refund but I haven’t yet. It’s been over a month now almost two.
