The location is great. It is next to the highway and can also take back roads to avoid the constructions at the interchange. Staff was great and the bed was perfect.
The shower only had hot water even though the cold water was on. The breakfast was simple and didn't have much selection.

Breakfast was very good. Lot of options. The staff was friendly and cheerful.
One person in my party is in wheelchair. Not nearly enough handicap parking spots. We were on 2nd floor and elevator threshold on 2nd floor was uneven. Exited elevator with help.

No bacon. On breakfast. They said oh, tomorrow we going to have bacon ( Monday) and not. Not bacon at all. 😭😭😢😢

Easiness of checking in and out, cleanliness of facility and amenities. Everyone was so friendly.
One elevator, made it hard to leave with the carts when trying to check out. Too many people on elevator. Hard to reach front desk when first arrived, no bell or any way of announcing other than having to shout Hello. Calling front desk many times to speak with someone about needing toilet paper and towels. Room service never came to our room while we were there.
