Very affordable, looked clean, smelled clean and the staff was so friendly.

The shower floor made an annoying noise when you moved and you could hear it through the walls.

I like how the hotel has its own charm while being modern at the same time (i.e., electronic room key). The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was easy to manage. I also like that the hotel is a dog-friendly one. I will definitely be staying here again!

The train tracks across the street. I thought it would be an issue throughout the night and thank goodness it wasn't.

Family owned immaculate hotel. It’s a little dated and nothing fancy on the outside, but the rooms are nice and everything was immaculate.

We got approached by the manager because one of the front desk staff members didn't like one of our friends and they told the manager that this guy was a bad person and she didn't feel comfortable with him at the hotel.

Like the location by the interstate access and close to work.never had the breakfast only coffee but it was fresh and hot!

The only thing that could be better is cheaper weekly rates.everything else was perfect.

Beds were very comfy. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a decent continental one. Service was excellent.

The only thing missing was a little fridge in the room, but they had ice.

we traveled for medical reasons and the staff was able to secure additional nights for us due to weather and uncertain release time from hospital. can’t say enough good things about the staff!

Light by front door has to be on when night stand light is on .Very first glass doors into first enclosed part of building are very hard to open,even with nothing in your hands...

cleaning and friendly people

Everything was perfect. Super clean. Comfy beds. Clean carpet. Nice smell. Nice ac and heat unit. I had the disability room, room 125 and the tub shower was perfect with all the handrails and the shower chair. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

The cable TV lagged. The cable TV kept messing up, picture and sound would severely freeze and jump, couldn't watch TV. , it is a possibility that the weather has somethingvto do with it, not sure.

The room was a good size and it was clean; there was a luggage cart we could use which was very helpful. The staff were very pleasant.

The furniture in the room is worn. There was no bedside table or reading light on one side of the bed which was annoying. The wall lights in the room are misplaced; there's no overhead light but their are lights on the side of the room near the TV where they are not needed. The freezer was very small. There was a lot of train traffic in front of the motel. We didn't mind it, but someone else might.

Awesome staff, when I checked in switched me quickly and seamlessly to another room when first one had a funny smell. Polite and helpful throughout stay.

Do not remember pet fee being part of cost when booked the room, was informed about it when checking in. Not as well maintained hotel as I remembered (have stayed at this hotel before): curtains falling off rod, electrical wire guide falling off the wall.
