Room was fantastic. The grounds were well maintained. The patio area was very pleasant. Coffee and tea were appreciated, as were the late afternoon/evening cookies!

The hot tub was not operational. It was a main reason I chose to stay there. Breakfast was ok - there was no orange juice for the 3 days I stayed there.

It was located 7 minutes away from the College Campus and a couple places that I needed to go. Oh Phoenix was exceptional at the front desk 👍🏻👍🏻 or 5 ⭐️s.

There was no hot water, and not a huge fan of the bathroom door.

The front desk attendant who passed out breakfast was kind.

The floor was dirty in the hallways and more importantly I was overcharged. The manager acted like she didn't have control over fixing the problem. Also, the hot tub had what felt like sand all over the bottom of it. We have stayed here many times before and never had this problem.

Breakfast was great, came up to attend a funeral.

Beds were so comfortable. Everything was very clean.

It was clean evening front desk clerk was very nice .

We were stuck on the 3rd floor due to elevator not working for that floor . My husband is a disabled vet and I was not able to carry my suite case. Front desk told me the maintenance man would come help us. We waited and finally had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get to an appointment on time.

I couldn’t even stay there I booked through booking.com paid in advance I didn’t have my card physically with me and the girl at check in didn’t let me check in without a card had my husbands card with me and wouldn’t take it for accidentals I had Apple Pay and had a picture of my card but still couldn’t check in lost all that money and had to go stay at the Fairfield in im a Hilton honors and I was really disappointed
