Large quiet room, very comfortable bed, large clean bathroom, excellent shower (great pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and non-skid tub floor), good vanity space around the sink, lots of lights and electrical outlets, easy parking, reasonable price compared with other area lodging. The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Mary at the front desk was super!!

Everything was great. We would definitely return and we highly recommend this property to other travelers.

They did not offer breakfast. I booked a room with a balcony, but the only way to get to our room were stairs. No handicap accessibility. My fiance had his foot amputated, so this was a huge disappointment. We did not want to use the shower because it was so old and worn out it looked unsanitary. One of the front desk people did not speak English well, so I had to ask him several times, several ways my question. The view was very disappointing for such a beautiful area. Since there was no handicap assessability, our room was changed. We were located right next to the main entrance and heard people coming in and out of the hotel all night long, so we were not able to sleep well at all. We did not get any type of refund for the downgraded room either. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel ever again, and would not recommend it to anyone. In fact, I would tell people to steer clear of this hotel.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is located next to many of the places of interest.

It is a bit outdated, and the linens weren't exactly clean. It is what you pay for. Pool area was clean and indoors. The first room we were given wasn't clean but the second was better. The "balcony" is about 2' by 6' . It is not big at all and no chairs to sit on. Hard to enjoy it. I would use this hotel for a quick stay again. Also no elevator do if you have heavy bags stay on the 1st floor.

My stay was to short.

It was convenient to where I was going out to for my Birthday. The staff was great, especially the lady she was very helpful when it came to printing documents out for me for when l needed them for the ski slopes. The room wasn't wht I expected but they were clean and I really enjoyed the pool.

it was too cold inside the room. tile floor was very cold bathroom was cold heating system is not properly working in the way that it doesn’t supply enough heat to keep the room at a comfortable ambient …..and rooms walls and floor may not be well insulated.

not too many people there and everyone respect people times in the pool. room the clean. updated beds and I like the 2nd floor balcony. love there’s a bbq restaurant near by with delicious food. and 2 gas stations.pool is always clean.

staffs are great but don’t communicate each other. kept bothering me about my dog when I already checked her in the beginning when we arrived. gas stations close early .

I had attended an event at this hotel about 2 years ago. I travel to Stroudsburg every couple of months at stay at PennStroud, love and enjoy it. However, this trip I figured I would just tey a different hotel. The Clarion had exactly the same linens, service, cleanliness, and someone was there 24/7 to fulfill every requirement. At Half the price. This is where I am going in the future
