There was loud pounding for hours beginning at 5am that did not stop. I called the front desk several times and they would not do anything about it. They just said they didnt know where it was coming from so there was nothing they could do. And it was LOUD! I dont usually ever write bad reviews but I could not sleep at all here.

Elevator was broke, however we were notified it was broken incase we weren't able to walk the stairs.

The location was good. The room was nice and big. The king bed was comfy.

The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. They said they called to inform me. I never got a call. The staff was not willing to do anything. My sofa bed had no sheets and they would not bring them. I had to go down and back up the stairs to get them. There were 2 towels in the room for 4 people. My card wouldn't go through and it took 20 mins for the staff to figure out it was because the expiration date was entered wrong. I got cash from the ATM right beside the desk which was fishy in itself, then they said they couldn't take cash. When checking out they would not give me a receipt. They said that came through Booking.com because they couldn't disclose those rates. I have never had a hotel tell me that and i have used booking.com quite a bit. Worst experience I have had so far.

Good location.

The hotel has not been maintained well. Paint is chipped in many places, and trim is scratched. Definitely needs renovation.

it was convenient to get to.

it really is needs a renovation. The couch in our suite was old and worn out. there were broken tiles in the bathroom.

price and location

There was no one working the front desk when I needed to check out. The front desk employee did not show up for the morning shift. there was a bucket on the front desk to leave the room keys in and the manager and front desk managers cards. I tried to call both and I emailed both. Neither returned my calls or my emails. An hour after I left I called back to see if I had been checked out. Someone named Ashley Allen answered the phone. She said she’d do the check out for me. I gave her my email to send the receipt. i never got the receipt. There were no managers on the premises. This is not acceptable.

The most comfortable beds and the pillows like clouds--- slept like a baby. Everyone was very nice and went out of their to accommodate us

The room was huge, had a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.

The free dinner buffet was pretty awful, but it was free.

the staff was super friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfast was hot and good with many options The facilities were very clean, especially being in the middle of a remodel. owners were on site every day of our stay. when I need to stay in Snyder again they are the place I’ll be at!
