I like the location

I was at room 421 and the room telephone wasnt working i asked for a new one so i can call the reception and never got one... also nobody went to do room service on the days i was there, several times i went back to my room the door was open luckily nothing was missing. I asked for extra towels and never got them i had to go to the lobby front office to get them.. Also i paid for a good size bedroom and was given a regular room.

The only thing I liked was the location.

The sheets and pillow cases were a very dingy brown, not clean. We found dirty clothes from past guest in the room. The shower was dirty and didn't drain well. And maybe the worst part is that the room key never worked more than once in the door so we were constantly going to the front desk for new keys. Not very happy at all with this stay.
