Breakfast was great!

I kept finding black ashy stuff on both beds that would squish & smear when I tried to dust it off. It was on the sheets of the bed I slept in & on top of the comforter on the bed I didn’t sleep in. I’m not sure what it was. I’d still come back, though.

I love the area.

I didn't like that I had a lizard in my room and that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned every day, and it didn't happen. I also didn't like that I couldn't speak to a manager.

Breakfast was really good.

We had to be placed in three different rooms due to ac issues. The pool wasn’t open.and there where construction mess everywhere. The staff started off friendly but when we complained about the ac in our room being extremely loud they took a different attitude. And the guy even told us that if we didn’t stay there that booking .con would not reimburse our hotel room. So we made the decision to stay not wanting to loose our money. We will never stay there again. We stay at Hampton inns all the time. Not sure if this we be the case in the future.

I arrived early and the attendant was more than helpful to make sure that I had all information for my guess ready when they arrive while I was away. She was so helpful and very professional I wish I could remember her name.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like it was Outstanding
