Good price for a 3 day stay. The rooms were good and soundproofed. Couldn't hear most of the traffic, or neighbors.

The location while not bad, has bad neighbors. The budget inn next door seemed to be a location that attracted shady people with backpacks all hours of the day and night, and they would use this parking lot for their travells. Also as soon as we pulled in the parking lot an Individual approached my family asking for money. It wasn't a relaxing stay with my family due to this.

Literally nothing! Dogs stay without charge, but that 9s because they're g oing to screw you anyway.

The staff was rude, charged a CASH ONLY deposit, which they'll find any way to screw you out of in the morning. They tried to charge $10 for a towel, because my husband spilled soda and cleaned it up... she disrespected my service dog, that never made a movement or sound. Threaten to call police on me since I told her I wasn't leaving until I had my credit card receipt and cash deposit back. I'll never EVER use booking again... ill stay with google!

Location was great. Staff accommodating and no wait time for check in. Great price. Good place to sleep. Beds were decently comfortable. Clean. No frills.

Room did not have a microwave. We probably needed more pillows but not a big deal.

Laundry was close by.

Everything was all good.

The room was very clean and well maintained.

The bed was slightly hard for my liking. The heat could not warm room due to cold temp outside.

There was no breakfast

We ask for a bottom floor room and even ask for it when we booked it and there was nats flying out of the sink

How clean it smelled in the office and how clean the rooms were very well-stocked

We did not dislike anyting

The staff was very nice and friendly and accommodating everything did work the showers were hot and there were no bugs or anything so that was really good.

The previous occupants fingernail was behind the door telling me they didn't sweep there. It made me wonder what else they didn't do. It was a little bit shabby at used to be kind of normal. I know the look they were trying for it was almost there.

The cigarette burns in the blankets. I took them off the beds and went and bought my own blankets that way I know that they did not have cigarette burns in them.

First off booked a king room and was given a twin full room which I did not discover until it was too late to try and change, very Uncomfortable beds, Horribly uncomfortable flat so-called pillows, the bathtub/shower was almost unworkable, had to call the front desk on my personal phone because they wouldn’t answer the in room phone, to figure out how to turn the shower water on because it was almost impossible to pull it out to get it to work, then the pull handle was broken on the shower and it was almost impossible to get it to change to take a shower instead of just running it in the tub, very little water pressure due to this, not a single hand towel and only two bath towels, several in room bugs, two in the bathroom and one in the shower tub, some broken furniture. Would not ever stay here again and would not suggest anyone else stay there, period.

Sink leaked and soaked our tolitree bag ruined it. Had to ask 3 times for towels and to unlock the ice room
