Offered free shuttle to the airport.

Charge $2 for shuttle, and when requested the earliest shuttle option 2 days in advance. Somehow was not out on the list. No longer given the time frame needed to make my flight. I ended up getting a Lyft for $27 more. I stayed at this hotel for that specifically. Also, the bed was the roughest mattress I’ve ever slept on. The chair in the room felt like it could cave in at any moment. Sheets weren’t exactly clean either.

Front desk employee Sunday evening was EXTREMELY rude.

I liked the beds, the size of the room, and the complimentary shuttle.

There were some dried food spots on the head of the bed. I also didn't like that I had to use two sets of stairs to get upstairs, which having Arthritis in my knee wasn't very pleasant. Also, the room was decent size, but for one adult and an under age child, $180 was steep.

The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. The location was close to lots of food and venue. Room size was spacious. Bathroom lighting was good and bright. As a mom, I liked that kids under 18 are free.

I had put in a request for extra towels, but there was only 2 towels, and there was 3 of us. The room had quite the build up of dirt and debris in the corners of the bathroom and room. The hair dryer's power cord was so short you had to practically be standing against the door. The water in the shower was so weak that it took me forever to rinse my hair, and the temperature control was backwards and the water was lukewarm at best. The handle had to be near the off position to even achieve a warm temperature. The cloth that said "Makeup" on it looked like it had not been changed in a long time and it was covered in dust. Upon check-in there was no verbal reminder for the time breakfast was at, so we unfortunately missed out on it the first morning. The check in time says 2pm, we arrived there around 4pm but the room was not ready until after 5pm. The breakfast was disappointing. The only healthy option was an orange. The price just didn't match the quality. I have stayed at places like the Holiday Inn Express that was priced like $20 less per night that were cleaner than this place and the facilities worked like you would expect them to. I really wish I could say that overall the stay was great, but things added up that led to an altogether disappointment.

Nice hotel in a safe location. Enjoyed being away from downtown but still close to lots of things

I had the Queen Suite; room was very spacious. I was traveling with a young child and 2 large dogs, so it had plenty of space that we were not sitting right next to each other. Great location.

Shower and sinks backed up when using them. Breakfast was kinda plain (2 trays of egg patty's and biscuits and gravy). Im usually not picky but toast and yogart dont hold over long.

Horribly rude staff, filthy bathroom. I will NEVER stay here again
