I had requested a handicap room and didn't get one. They said it was the fault of booking.com. I made the best of the situation because the hotel was full.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean.
Continental breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The sausage patties were cold and hard, and the eggs were all gone, and never got it refilled as long as I was down at the breakfast area. Could use a little more variety in the breakfast. Also, the chlorine in the pool room was very strong. Might be nice to have windows that open to air out that room.

Location
The hot tub was out of order the first three days and then the last day the pool was closed. Very disappointed about the pool and hot tub. We really could have used the hot tub for our muscles from our events of the day.

Location fantastic; staff excellent.
Phone in room did not work. Safe was locked upon arrival and no one knew how to fix so left laptop at front desk. Door lock mechanism broke and would not work with keycard. Maintenance eventually fixed.

living room tv didn’t work issues from cable company and the freeway side of the hotel was little loud but staff was extremely friendly and easy to work with

property was relatively close to the airport. Easy access to the interstate. decent breakfast.
The only problem was the water drained slow in the shower.

The AC was not working amd it was hot in the hotel as soon as you walked in. Up stairs in the room was horrible. We had to open a window. Way too humid.

Sandwiched between the Interstate and a busy off ramp, it was the noisiest hotel I’ve personally ever stayed in. Decent internet but tv was useless to navigate. Staff was fine. The location condemns it from ever improving.

We didn't stay because no hot water or heat.
Your representative did a great job getting a full refund. She listened and was helpful on finding another place. We moved to a different location.

The newly remodeled Holiday Inn Express was an outstanding place to stay, especially if you are visiting Bountiful or Centerville Utah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had quadruple windows ( 4 panels) on the freeway side rooms which blocked out ALL OF THE FREEWAY SOUNDS! It was so close to entrances and exits from the H15 and close to restaurants and gas stations. The staff at the front desk and the room attendants were so nice and professional. Even though we stayed for 8 days, the room attendants knocked on our door and asked if we wanted fresh towels every day. It’s just two blocks from Planet Fitness, which was a plus for us. The pool was wonderful as was their breakfasts. Kudos to the newly remodeled and newly re-staffed Holiday Inn Express in Bountiful
