There is nothing positive to say about this place. Dilapidated hotel with dark and musty rooms. The beds are very soft. A typical warning about the quality of a hotel room is when you enter the room and it stinks of chlorine. The breakfast is very simple. Consists only of supermarket bread and yogurt. Breakfast is taken at the reception. During our breakfast, the receptionist was sitting in an adjacent room belching or farting while watching TV at very high volume. We did not appreciate our stay here.

The owner and his wife were very warmly welcoming. The motel was meticulously clean. The price was quite reasonable for the area. We’ll return the next time we’re in the Berkshires.

Cute little motel convenient to Williamstown and North Adams. The owner was so friendly. He realized as I was checking in with my teenage daughter that we had booked a room with one queen bed and generously upgraded us to a room with two beds ... and then pointed us toward the go-to ice cream shop in town! Basic but functional continental breakfast.

The property is a little dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to have some instructions for the TV remote.

mattress, decor, shower, door locks, sheets, mini-fridge all awfully sub par. shower stall was crawling w ants!

It seemed as effort was made to make the rooms clean. The grounds were done nicely. Very welcoming.

It was dated. Wall AC unit was very loud. I was mislead from the pics to see that the pool had been filled in to make a picnic area. A great idea but we were looking for a pool. I should have looked at the facilities list. My fault.

The staff was super friendly, gave many tips great tips about Williamstown. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

No staff on duty, quite noisy early mornings. Rather small room.
