The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

The breakfast needed meat.

The location and price point was very nice. The staff were all very nice as well! The pool looked nice even though we didn't use it.

There were no exhaust fans which made it difficult for the air conditioner to work well. The lights were flickering and failing and the bed made noise! Hotel could use some updates.

We've stayed here a few times now and our stay has been very pleasant. No complaints on the facility at all. The lady in the breakfast room is so sweet and we will return.

The people that came in the second night we were there were very loud and up most the night yelling and slamming stuff against the wall. But that's not the facilities fault it gron up people that where to blame.

I didn’t like the lack of greenery all around. It would’ve added to the warmth of the place but it’s a small thing. Everything was great even though we were just there for 1 night.

Excellent location. Breakfast was great with a great breakfast lady. Everything was kept clean and filled up. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll be staying here the next time I am in Branson!

Easy to get too, easy to unload vehicle to your room on ground level.

The floors were filthy. Doesn't look like the floors are being cleaned. You wouldn't want to wear white socks or else will turn black.

outlets didn’t work. one bulb out in bathroom, beds squeak, no drain stopper in tub, one wash cloth. housekeeping took part of dirty towels and left part of them, they did not make the bed, did not clean the sink

Only had bath towels and hand towels. Didn't supply room with wash cloths. Thought it was odd they weren't supplied to room.

Easy access for traveling. outside of town so didn't have to spend any time stuck on the main roads through Branson. Close to a couple local shops and you can see the golden Coral so you can wait for the opportunity to eat when you can get in the door. Rooms were very clean and I appreciated having a actual carafe for coffee. About 3 cups of decent coffee that way. The layout of the king room was comfortable with the couch to lounge on with the foot rest.

Old bed made me sore in the morning. Shower head needs to be replaced in that room at least. The free breakfast was not impressive. Biscuits with white sauce. Gave me heartburn

We usually always love our stay here.

This time around we had an emergency with my son and we weren’t able to make our trip. I called and spoke to several people and was told I’d get at least a partial refund but they’d try for a full refund. I was given a refund confirmation number and I’ve never received the refund.

people were friendly, worth the money, super cheap, parked right in front of room, no visitors next to our room, so it was quiet and peaceful

there was a stain on the bed, but it seemed washed. there were no plug ins near the bed for chargers. had to plug in microwave and fridge. cold air gets a little through the door. heater is not that well. breakfast doesn’t serve protein.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good value for the price.
