It was very easy to get to. It was clean. The only thing is some maintance work that needs to be done. Hole in whole under window. Carpet in hallways were coming up it some areas and looked dirty. But not because of housekeeping just needs to be replaced. But everything else was great
Not much. Except strange people coming up and yelling when we were outside smoking but has nothing to do with the property.

Close to family.
My Fiancé & I booked a room from Friday to Sunday. When we came back Saturday night to rest, they had given out room away to someone else. We literally opened our room door to find a Man & Woman in our bed. Never book at this property.

Staff and there was actually a pool.
My nonsmoking room smelled horrible and the AC unit was deafening loud.

My door 315 has been broken into did not feel safe, there was women screaming in hall an fighting was very scary for my children there was no breakfast for the kids when it says breakfast online an tv wouldn’t show picture beds were hard and pillows only had two when two queen beds used tissue in bathroom an hygiene

The pool was really clean
The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The bed kept sliding all over the place. The tub looked barely cleaned with cigarette stains on the side of the tub.

Everything shower didn’t work had roaches the service was horrible smells moldy in the hallways there is a tow truck that just take cars and they ok don’t warn the customer not to park so there not towed just horrible people smoking all thru the room like theirs not kids in the building I ask to move my room but each room had more issues then the last

It was ok..room wasn't ready til 3:30. But I paid from 3 til 11
The bed wasn't comfortable.. only 2 pillows for a king size bed

I truly didn’t like anything about to property. You smell marijuana and cigarettes as soon as you enter the building to check in.
marijuana, smell, cigarette smell room smell like cigarettes. They brought me to a room that had people already in. It took 30 minutes to get me a new room that room smells like cigarettes carpet in facility was nasty facility. Just stinks of marijuana and cigarettes. Bathroom had juice or Kool-Aid running down. The wall TV didn’t work cable cord was hanging out. Had to push it in manually double charge me for my two rooms. I wouldn’t advise anyone anyone to stay here.

The electricity didn’t work in the room so I had to use the restroom in the dark.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful
I had to change rooms 3 times, one of the rooms had roaches and toilet was not working, rooms were extremely noise, lots of children running wild, I was told by hotel management that due to the storm in Florida that the hotel was full with families, I have compassion for those who suffered lost due to the storm but I feel like the hotel should have informed me so I could make other arrangements because after all I had to save for my 5 days vacation that I wanted some peace and enjoyment.

The room was clean. The bed was so soft. I was conveniently located right across from the ice machine, which was absolutely perfect for me. The shower was so amazing. Most importantly, the receptionist was absolutely superb.
One of the outlets didn't work.
