The staff was helpful and friendly but very over worked and understaffed.

The owner is cheap and turned off the HOT water to our room, it literally dripped and he said to let it run? Staffed moved us to a MUCH SMALLER room with no discount. My first room had a queen bed, jacuzzi tub and was nonsmoking the replacement room was SMOKING had a full bed and was butt up to dresser. But it had LUKEWARM WATER to shower. The smell outside the room was horrible like spoiled milk. Took me an hour to check in at 10:45pm because the office had no paper to print my information on.

horrible. filthy establishment. Rude manager. Was given room key to a room that was already occupied and occupants were in room when we used our key to open room. Returned our keys to desk and left. Staff was unapologetic and rude.

I liked how nice the staff was.

I booked a king smoking room and didn't get anything like that. My first night there I was put in a double full bed. My second night I was moved to a one full bed room. Both no smoking. And the wifi was down.

The add was misleading. They don’t offer the breakfast that they claim too offer. No microwave or refrigerator. The reception of the cable tv was horrible. The outside properly was very run down. The inside smelled of mold and was very dated.

Booking.Com advertised Days Inn with Breakfast/Microwave/Refrigerator. None of this was offered. The swimming pool was closed due to a crack in the liner and the hot tub was not working because of a part they could not find. They had a coffee maker but no creamer, sugar, or stirrers. I went to the office and they only had Sweet and Low. I only use sugar. The toilet was way too low, we had to fall down to get on the thing and pull up on the tub.

The only thing good about this property was that it it located Mountain View, Arkansas.

The mattresses were hard as a rock, no trash bags in the trash cans, no refrigerator in the room or microwave, the water was not hot it was barely warm, had to go to the station for ice for our cooler cause the staff wouldn’t limit the ice.

What breakfast? When I booked the stay it said hot fast breakfast they dont even offer doughnuts. No Breakfast at all.

When we arrived there was no one working the office, so tried calling thought maybe they were out and about maybe delivering something to a room, of coarse no answer, waited over a hour in the parking lot, to have the employee show up and get dropped off, seriously there was no one on duty, No Breakfast as advertised, no pool as advertised, no shampoo or soap, floors hadn't been vacuumed, all the lamps were unplugged so had to pull out the dresser and there was kitty litter behind it, candy wrappers on the floor. Had a smoking room there was no ashtray we could find so went down and got 1 from the office, got back to the room, and realized all this other stuff wasn't in the room including toilet paper, liners for the garbage cans, headed back to the office and requested the items and was told they dont put bags in the cans do to choking hazards. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the door didn't seal tight so I was woke up to a lizard on the bed.
