The tub and toilet was filthy I had to clean them myself. The sheets were stained with hair in it.

I didn’t like anything about the property,the front desk manager was disrespectful and a liar and the hotel was dirty and dangerous

everything about the property was bad ,nasty attitude staff and dirty sheets and walls in the room and no elevator had to stay on the fifth floor

Nothing they have cigarette holes in blanket every room is dirty n it’s being constructed on on so why is it open n I mean every room is dirty is trifling they need to lose they contract

the room was mid and didnt look like the pictures on google but bearable.

the staff absolutely sucks. pretty sure the female owner is screwing the maintenance man on the 5th floor. wouldnt let us in our room for an hour and the dude had a nasty attitude when we asked him to explain stuff. the bed had stains and the little sofa was supposed to be red but had black stains all over it and the leg was broken. the wall socket was popping out the wall and was duct taped. the ac didnt work and was mad dirty to the point it blew out no air at all when u turned it on.

property is a mess, advertises free breakfast but the breakfast are is closed. half of the building is broken down and be worked on with construction . not clean at all and overpriced. nothing advertised about the construction going on. doesn’t look anything like the pictures

The staff was welcoming and friendly. They made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Awesome attitude and very helpful

It was cheap and affordable. I was able to get a smoking room. The heat was working perfectly.

It felt like bugs were in the bed and you couldn't get a late check out. The elevator didn't work so I had to walk up to the 5th floor.

The beds were uncomfortable, I sat in a chair and almost hurt myself falling out of it, they gave us a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke, the sheets had burned spots, they said they had a elevator, no elevator because the 1st and 2nd floor were shut down so I had to climb steps to 4th floor, I am disabled and my daughter has autism. They were saying we could cancel, it was 10 at night and we took a Lyft to them, the front desk was rude and unprofessional.

Honestly, I didn't like one thing about that hotel. It should have been condemned. Nobody should be staying there. It's not safe it's totally disgustingly dirty. I had to bring in my own blankets. I almost thought about sleeping in my car. They would not give me a refund and they overcharged me

Did not eat breakfast or stay in that hotel spent a lot of money and did not even stay.too nasty. My guest could not go up and down stairs like that they only gave me 31 dollars back. So I will not be using booking anymore because for what we went through I can't chance something like this again and they give me a slap in the face again. $31 dollar refund out of $210 dollars and we did not even stay there.

Everything there were signs there saying that the hotel had been condemned. No one was suppose to be even staying there. And the rooms completely filthy blood all on sheets chairs were filthy and the tub was disgusting too.
