Room was very clean (especially the carpet!). Microwave and fridge were both fine (fridge was full size). The complimentary drinks were very nice, and the breakfast was good (local canteloupe in the fruit cup was excellent). The DVD player was very nice to have (we brought our own DVDs). The grounds were clean and well-maintained, especially the small strips of lawn on the property and on the sidewalk. Usually lawns don't look great but these were really in great shape.
Plumbing in the bathroom worked but maybe could use a tuneup. The toilet would run after flushing unless you took care to reset the handle all the way to the top. In the tub, the temperature adjustment handle was stiff and hard to move, and while the shower was fine, there was some water that came through the tub spout instead of being diverted to the showerhead.

Stay included made to order breakfast each morning and an evening Happy Hour. Bistro food was good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

A terrible small city, a smelly inn with a massage parlor next door and a drug motel next to that again. We did not feel safe at all and chose to leave a couple of hours after check in. Staff not friendly and refused to pay anything back from our prepaid booking for two nights. They did not even bother answering. Our worst experience ever in the US and probably worldwide. Stay away.

Things we appreciated about this hotel: conveniently located, fantastic customer service from family who owns the hotel, on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, free breakfast (made to order!), on-site bar (free drink tokens for guests!)
The hotel is older and needs some updating; however, the owners seem to be aware of that and are making improvements.

Every single staff working there are very polite, accommodating and generous. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the perfect type for me.
There is nothing that could've been done better. The complex is a bit old but the cleaning was done to its best.

The rooms had all we needed and the bed exceptionally comfortable . The staff were so friendly and helpful. We could hardly believe all the free extras…full breakfast, free movie, a couple of free alcoholic drinks each, free soft drinks and ice cream for the kids
Nothing. There was a mix up with the type of rooms we were supposed to get but whether that was the fault of the property or of booking.com I don’t know. Anyway they changed one of the rooms so that solved the problem.

The staff was nice
To many homeless people in and around the property. Felt like they were going to break in my car. Went to get ice and a homeless lady was taking all the ice. We checked out within they hour of checking in. So we drove the 5 hours back home.

Great accommodation - comfortable and convenient. Bar and restaurant lively and welcoming, with vouchers for welcome drinks provided. Food good and cheerfully served both evening and morning.

The (rooms) were clean. My 96 year old aunt was with me and she was too short to get up on the bed. The staff went out of their way to provide a footstool for her so she can get on the bed. She was so grateful for that! The breakfast was delicious!!!

The breakfast was plentiful but mediocre. There were no extra blankets in the room. Put us next to pool where people partied til late. Not enough towels. Sorry mixed up those like/dislike questions.
There was no information in the room. I.E. take out or delivery restaurants. No phone book. No menu for the cafe or hours etc. Ice machine floor was very wet. Safety hazard.
