tho room had roaches

Clerk demanded an additional $100 dollar deposit even though it was not explained on the app. When I told him it wasn't on the app he told me it was and it wasn't he became rude.

Traffic outside,people standing around making noise in parking lot all hours of the night.rooms smell

I was there 3 days and room wasn't cleaned not 1 day and used towel all three days,just bad.Didnt like nothing.

a roach crawled on my face while I was sleeping. everything looks clean & acceptable but as soon as the lights go out there are roaches everywhere !

I did not like anything at this location. I recommend no one book a room with them..

The room was nasty

There was little bugs in my room ,the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the back door to the backyard the key swipe to the door was was broken so I had to walk around to the front several times .

The charge upfront for the insurance for if I smoked in the room, for any hotel I go to they keep your card on file and if you smoked in the room they then will charge you not like you guys charged me as soon as I got there smh. You guys need a no smoking room I smoked outside and always respect the rules but that was too much that it made me want to go somewhere else .
