I liked the tv and the stafff in the facility

Needed a mini fridge so I can keep drinks and food cold overnight . Entrance to it at night was difficult to get to it the directions on your phone take you to the gate on the other side of the complex and it was locked at night and the directions doesn’t show another entrance so you have to figure that out yourself

Hotel close to freeway

We arrived late that night and the staff was very very rude to me. After telling me there was a $100 deposit due at check-in she tried to tell me that the only way to pay it was on credit card which is entirely incorrect!! It was the second staff that informed me that you can pay it by cash which I did.

no coffee machine, no refrigerator, safe broken, I was to be given 2 rooms and only received 1 key card but I was still charged for the 2nd room. too much noise in the area. will not not be staying there again

It was very quiet for the location (next to the freeway). the grounds where well kept. and the staff was friendly.

Not enough amenities a microwave and refrigerator would be very helpful.

Overall experience was good. I liked the size of the room.

Housekeeping didn't return to complete the bed. They undressed the bed and only returned with a flat sheet but no blankets or pillow cases.

Be ready to be charged triple for the one room you get they charged me 3 times for the room I got and a random 85$ fee. There is no main entrance you have to go through food 4 less parking lot. The door would get jammed it wouldn’t unlock or lock I had to make multiple trips to the office to get it unlocked . Th office workers from the morning shift are very rude and gave me and my family a attitude when our door wouldn’t unlock. The next door room got raided with sheriff. The room was clean I wouldn’t spend the night here again.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The car parking is very useful. The motel is just two step from Mexico Plaza where you can find some market and shops. Also the Metro C line (Green), connected to LAX airport, is not far.

The WiFi signal is very poor in our room, and often got disconnected, upgraded is needed.

Property is well taken care of and up to date with guest needs such as microwave and refrigerator. Traveling as a family with my daughters it’s a must have.

Mostly everything of property is amazing,safe, clean and welcoming. One thing and main thing is the cat infestation to the guest that feed them. They will climb into your car and they are aggressive.
