There were a few maintenance issues that probably should have been caught before we arrived. Light bulbs in the shower needed changing and the main remote needed batteries. Also the parking situation could be better marked. Someone checked in while we were there and took up both parking spaces. It probably wouldn't happen if it was clear where to park.

The views around the property and landscape of this house are breath taking. Everything is literally 5 to 10 minutes away from shopping to restaurants. The beaches are walking distance. There is also someone always there tending to the property during the day to fix or help with anything a tenant needs.

The house is beautiful inside and out but it could use a small face lift. Some stuff is a little outdated and others just need to be replaced. Your paying more for the location not the place.

Location was excellent. Quick walk to the beach and local restaurant, not to mention great hike up the cliffs. Kitchen was better than expected-- we made breakfast multiple mornings.

Hideaway Cove has a beautiful tropical garden feel. The bed is very comfortable! The location can’t be beat- it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. This was our second stay here, the first time was in the Coral suite, this time the Dolphin studio. It’s a beautiful, quiet place.

Amenities were great. Had everything we needed. It was nice having a cooler and lawn chairs provided.

Had some issues with the Spectrum cable and internet on the tv so couldn’t get local stations.

This romantic studio is in a lovely hidden location among leafy tropical landscaping. Delightful mostly private patio. Washer and dryer shared among all 4 apartments. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, full size frig, large bathroom with walk-in shower. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable for an extended stay.

I had trouble with the code on the lockbox, got help from another tenant which didn't fix the problem, but called the owner and he answered right away and explained it. Take a scrub brush to the shower window fixtures.

We loved that it was clean, had air conditioning, and all the amenities we could want. It was perfect!

For us it exceeded our expectations and we want to stay there again when we come back.

Awesome location! The unit had everything we needed. It had full kitchen with dishwasher and all the cookware, it even had food containers to take a snack to the beach. Also beach chairs, cooler, etc

Sound proofing isn't great. We stayed at the unit downstairs and even though our neighbors were pretty quiet, we still heard them walking around late at night. There's construction going on across the street, which is pretty noisy during the day.

Beautiful laid back place with a lovely terrace, great sleeping comfort and a well equipped kitchen and livingroom. Very close to the beach, which was pwrfect!

It's a great location, very close to everything. Had most of the amenities you need. Has AC and washer and dryer but it was shared amongst other suites and was not in the unit, you had to go downstairs outside to do laundry.

The jacuzzi was broken and the manager only left a note on the counter without notifying us beforehand... Very unprofessional to do! If we knew it was broken we probably wouldn't have picked this place. Their defence was it JUST broke... But still could have emailed us to let us know instead just writing a note and left on the counter for us to see upon arrival... Also the safety deposit box doesn't work, and the windows were broken and one of the window the screen door was missing (mosquitoes were coming in... And I had read about this missing screen door on one of the reviews from long time ago but I thought it would've been fixed by now but it wasn't....)...I notified the manager but he didn't even respond to those problems. The beds were ok but any type of movement made very loud squeaky noises. They tried to compensate for the hot tub by reserving a restaurant with a $100 credit for us last minute but we were already on the other part of the island that night so couldn't make it... Our group had 4 ppl (2 couples) so was only $25 reimbursement each... Which we thought was not nearly enough for the malfunction of a hot tub which we could have used anytime we wanted, and was one of the main reasons why we booked this place in the first place. I asked the manager to help me get in touch with the owner to see what he can do but he ignored my messages... Didn't even reply to me at the end. I could see the place might have once been a nice place when the owner used to lived there, but it has definitely NOT been kept in shape at all! Anything can break when you arrive and they will not let you know beforehand and you will be paying for the price you thought you deserved to pay with no reimbursement whatsoever at the end if anything was not working as promised.

It's a beautiful apartment with everything we needed. The location is very nice; very close to the beach. Beautiful garden with amazing trees. Beach chairs, coolers and towels are available. Nice restaurant options available nearby (but do make reservations days ahead of time). Parking is easy.

It was a bit expensive, but but that applies to many apartments and resorts on Hawaii these days. There's a glass coffee table with pointy corners that may not be safe for kids. The apartment is a bit noisy, at least, we could hear the other guests upstairs. The air-conditioning unit needs to be cleaned.
