dated, not as clean as it could be

The property was very clean from the moment you entered the doors. Brandy, the front desk attendant was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean and stocked with towels and had plenty of pillows.

Nothing, the property was great for our overnight stay!

Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at the tried to deny me because my maiden name is still on my credit card versus my ID. Made it where I had to use a card that I did not want. Though I did also have an ID that had my maiden name to prove it is me, it just expired less than a month ago. Also made a comment of my ID not being “proper” because it was the paper copy as I just renewed it. Horrible service and after this stay will never return. Guy at desk said it’s a “strict policy” however it only says a valid ID and credit card must be shown. Not that the names had to match to the letter. (I.e married versus maiden name) fix your policy.

breakfast was ok but sausage/ bacon was sitting in grease. the location for us was great near restaurants and shopping

the bathroom had an old musty smell. had ghats flying around
