The sketchy people snooping around. but that is not your fault,

Rooms were recently remodeled and u can tell..

I work in doing final cleans for recently remodeled or new builds and I noticed that no one did a final clean on the rooms being remodeled ( i.e. paint on mirrors, painters tape, drops of paint on floor etc).

The room was infested with roaches. Very poor quality. I will never stay there again.

Cock roaches everywhere in the room at night. Poor bed covering. Too noisy

The room was clean, but there were a few cockroaches that would climb out on the walls randomly, certainly not what I would call an infestation, but still unsettling to see. And the pool was open but was filthy. It was green.

The staff was not friendly. We stayed 3 days, and had paid $100 deposit. When we checked out, we were told to wait at the room, outside of it, with all our belongings, and two dogs OUTSIDE on the sidewalk, while someone was sent to inspect the room. We had placed our dirty towels on the floor near the door, which was dirty from us refusing services during our stay, to avoid having to move all our luggage and corral the dogs, which would've been necessary to keep them out from underfoot of the maids. We thought we were doing them a solid good deed. But it turned out to be a detriment to us for the woman who performed the inspection told us she was turning the towels from the floor in to the front clerk for her decision. The clerk told me when I approached the counter that she was revoking $40 from out deposit to cover the cost of towels which she said were ruined by us. They were stained, she said. First of all let me tell you: the towels we were given. During our whole time there, were never really clean...or white. Most were threadbare and were harsh on your skin because they had been washed and bleached so many times.. there is no way that a full set of towels of that caliper were anywhere NEAR $40! I argued with her about it but she wouldn't budge. I asked to see the towels back myself so I could take a picture of them as well. The towels didn't have ANY stains. One had been used to moo up juice from the floor and it had pink sports from the juice, and brown marks from the dust that had been tracked inside the room. But neither the juice nor the dirt are considered "stain material". We were told we could take the towels and wash them ourselves and bring them back to her, (AS we were checking OUT, mind you, on our way Out Of town). The clerk claimed the manager wouldn't be in until the following day.

Everything was perfect and the employees are really nice

had no problem getting a non smoking room.

The cockroaches, big and small that scurried when the lights turned on was the most disgusting about this hotel
