I didn’t like anything. It was horrible.
The hotel was completely filthy. There was trash bags in the hallways. There were clearly a lot of drug addicts living there. I was moved to a new room 3 times. The first room I was given a key to had someone in it. The second the tv didn’t work and I waited 4 hours for a replacement. I was offered 10 dollars off my stay which I never received. There was only 1 light in the entire room that worked. The lounge chair was broke. I was then moved to a new room. This room smelled badly. The drug addicts that were clearly using this as a place to live were extremely loud in the hallways. Dogs were whining all night. I left by 5am just to get out of there.

Very bad service. They said breakfast included but didn’t even had coffee so that was a lie. Bath tap was not working, when we complained the manager asked us to go find another hotel and will not give a refund or change our room or repair the tap. Extremely rude and obnoxious behaviour of the staff.

It was where we needed it to be I guess and the bedsheets seemed relatively clean
The lights in the room didn’t work, the deadbolt on the door didn’t lock, the toilet seat was disgusting, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The room also smelled like vomit to the point where I couldn’t sleep. Also there was no breakfast even though it was advertised

Nothing. I got there the place was so gross I didn’t even check in. Bluntly told the front desk & booking.com I was not staying nor being charged for the room because the place was so disgusting!
The lobby was filled with bugs & dust. The whole lobby smelled like smoke & marijuana could smell it from outside the lobby doors. The outside of the hotel was very unclean with trash laying all around & overgrown grass. There were windows busted out & you can see curtain blinds broke in the rooms. When booking online the was advertised as having a pool & free breakfast had neither. The online reviews were hidden on the website so didn’t see the bad reviews until I already booked the place. Arrived to see how dirty it was outside & inside. Went to go tell the front desk I refused to stay here only to find another family checking & checking out all within a 30min time period because of how dirty the place was. Both the family & myself waited 15 min for someone at the front desk to arrived. Went back to my car to call booking.com to tell them my issue. Then went back inside to talk to the front desk to tell them I refuse to stay here & be charged for my room. The place is a totally health hazard & should be reported to the better business bureau.

the room was not clean. there was tape on the curtains and light switches. it was missing furniture and the phone was stuffed under a chair. the wall lights were dirty and not hanging straight. dirty handprints on the pictures over the bed. the hairdryer was covered with something brown. there was coffee pods but no coffee maker. pool was closed and there was nothing offered for breakfast, not even coffee. do not go here. stains, appearing to be blood drops, on the bedspreads. free is too much to pay for this dump.

absolutely terribly strong cigarette smell on the bedding. I couldn’t sleep and woke up multiple times to feeling sick to my stomach from the smell. the whole hotel is supposed to be non smoking rooms ironically! the hvac was also very loud. generally just a terrible night for me.

False advertising. No pool. No breakfast. Fire hazards. Duct tape on outlet. Duct tape on curtains. Moldy coffee pot. Stains on sheets. Burn hole on bedding and curtains. Holes in bathroom walls and stuffed with tissue. Tv was defective with multiple light spots on it. Mold and dirt in the air conditioner. Peeling paint in microwave. Dirty hair dryer. Hair in bed and bathtub.manager has a bad attitude. Fraudulently charged my card after giving a full refund. Police have been notified.

The parking lot has such potholes that you can break your legs. Really dirty. Towels were dirty stained and had hair on them. Curtains all ripped, sheets were stained, floor really dirty my 5 year old would do better job at vacuuming, the smell in the room was horrific you couldn't breath from cigarettes smell we had to keep window open the whole night. Walls are full of holes everywhere. The self closing piece on door broken and taped to wall with ducktype. Paid for 65$ not worth even 20$ to pay. They say kn website pool and breakfast nothing of that is available.

Convenience for our trip. Was visiting a family member who was in the hospital and didn't want to stay in Cleveland.
The room had bedbugs. They was able to move my family to a new room but, when I ask for a discount for the trouble and due to bedbugs was told we got a "a big and beautiful room that was 100 a night for the same price as a double" we didn't have anywhere else to go cause we was with other family members. Their room was fine thank goodness. We didn't get an apology, was treated as if it was our fault. This was by management. The night clerk was awesome. Was professional and nice as this happened at 1:30am. The manager was not nice at all. Actually was more worried about his cell phone, then trying to even deal with us all. Both times we talked he was on his phone and laid it on the counter and looked at us as if we interrupted him instead of having good customer service. I work in customer service I know how this works. You don't treat ppl like crap! Wyndham can do better. They need to inspect facilities their name is attached to.

It was close to the blossom music center that I was attending a concert at the room was clean and had a nice stay

I booked online and chose this location due to location and it had breakfast plus a pool.
Upon arrival, it was visible from the parking lot in the windows there were broken curtains & curtain rods mangled. It reminded me of BATES MOTEL.
When I checked in, I was told NO BREAKFAST AND NO POOL.
The room was horribly musty and outdated. Trying ro sleep was so difficult as you can hear everything outside of the room.
The charging USB ports were broken in the room. The hairdryer in the room was broken. The ice machine was out of order, so no ice.
Over all, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. DO NOT STAY HERE !!! #sopissed

Ben at the counter was fantastic, great local info from him plus I saw him working in the rooms. He runs that place like he owns it, and that's a compliment.
Construction zone, and few walkable amenities, restaurant across street wouldn't serve me at 10:30 even tho it closed at 11.

Ben was exceptional. It was inexpensive. And it was very clean.
No one cleaned our room between the 1st and second day. The only ice machine was broken. The dead bolt didn't work and the latch on the door was broken.

It's so hard to close my door that I have to jar my arm and it also gives me a headache that's how hard it is to close the door very hard that I'll never forget that door
