The property was a good walking distance to the Payne Arena.

Everything excellent just inconvenient for us who are staying at the hotel having to wait in line to drive in due to the Border Fest

Very quiet and comfy away from the noisy highway and high priced hotels

Everybody wants a big hot breakfast ,for the money you save here , go to get tacos and such a few blocks away

Quiet area ,next to Payne Arena which had Graduation ceremonies all Memorial Day weekend ,Bed is awesome , Great size TV and channel selection, good hot water shower and pool is nice . We had the kitchen and I bring a skillet and a small pan and a couple of utensils,paper plates and enjoy cooking a couple of meals and reheating all the leftovers from going out to eat with all the restaurants and Mall a short drive past the airport into the busy noisy downtown . Took some furniture to Reynosa to a family friend and overnight the furniture was safe in the well lit and camera secure parking area

Ran out of creamer at continental breakfast .Cereal ,oj, coffee and toast, milk , this ain't IHOP but Laredo Tacos cheap at Convenience store 2 blks away

they have ‘breakfast’ included but it’s cereal, coffee and sliced bread. every time I went there was no milk for the cereal. it shouldn’t be advertising breakfast included because that’s not breakfast. there was a leak to our in room air conditioner and the carpet was all wet from the ac unit.

I did a reservation and pay directly through booking and when I checked in at the hotel the staff mentioned that the reservation was not payed and they charged me as well at the property assuring me that one of the charges will drop since it was a pre-authorization and now that I’m seeing my bank statement I see both charges so I was charged twice.
