Room was very clean and we never had to ask for more towels

Breakfast was not worth getting up for. Bananas were old and sausage tasted like cardboard. You would be better of going to Mcdonalds up the road.

The staff were very accommodating.

The wifi was weak and slow making it unusable in the first room. Staff moved us but it was still barely usable. The price was high for no pool and bad wifi.

I didn’t realize that the “micro” part of Microtel was so literal. It was very small. The air conditioning units were pretty gnarly. Smelled very musty. Found larger rooms across the highway for the same price that were WAY larger and nicer at the Quality Inn.

Location was close to the Ark Encounter. Only hotel under $200 other than Red Roof Inn... if that's something to "like".

The Room was very small, clean enough for me but not my wife, old feeling with junky updates, not worth $175.. but they're all overpriced. Breakfast was a 3/10 due to waffle maker, otherwise a 2/10. I'd pay the $200+ to stay somewhere else next time.

Room could have chairs for sitting, more handicap parking that employees don't use, fire alarms rushing everyone out cuz toast burned downstairs

Rooms could be updated. The door was not flush with the door jam.

Our neighbours were noisy. Otherwise the standard of cleanliness and quality of room was good. The price was higher than other Microtel Inn's we have used I think because it was a Saturday and for this reason I have rated it lower than usual.

Great location if you are visiting the Arc Encounter. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and possibly newly remodeled. It was roomy and we'll set up with a nice bench seat in the window.

Not the hotel's fault, but the street it is on was hard to find in the dark the 1st night.
