Charged twice for hotel with no real answers on how to fix

Everyone was friendly, facilities were clean.

The hotel was a bit dated.

our suit had lots of room and the bed was comfortable.

the bathroom could have been a bit more clean.

The breakfast ok as far as hotel breakfasts go.

Well, one of the pillow had something gross on the pillow case.

Very nice breakfast, and I forgot my razor and front desk gave me one for free!

No working fan in bathroom, and a sliding barn door covers it. So, everyone can hear everything and it fogs the mirrors when you shower. Bed was firm, went to chiropractor the next day. Also, the room was connected with a door leading to my neighbors room, so it felt like at anytime someone would try to come in, there's stopper so it can only open 2" but I don't want anyone to have the ability to open my room, kinda weird.

The location was great very close to everything. And the breakfast was also very good.

The soda we bought from the vending machine was over a year expired and the front desk staff was extremely rude to us when we approached them with questions.

The breakfast had a good assortment of food. It was available early which is good for me. The person preparing the breakfrast was friendly and welcoming.

I thought everything was fine. Just what I expected for breakfast.

It was a great location. The room was nice and comfortable. The full size shower soaps were a cool idea. Breakfast was great!

Only 2 things, the shower itself was very small. The tub was angled awkward which made it difficult to stand in. And there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom that was just a little sketchy. I mean it could of had a cover on it atleast.

Facilities need to be updated. Place is old and worn.

Furniture needs to be updated. Breakfast buffet average. Need more soundproofing between rooms. Clearly hear conversations in the next door rooms.

our air in our room didn’t work for the first night, ants in the room, elevator didn’t work, guest laundry dryer out of service, barely any of the channels worked on the tv, hair in breakfast food

The breakfast was delicious. There was plenty of food and lots of options. The hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. This hotel was close to everything, the beach, convenient stores and even Walmart. I highly recommend it.
