Staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The power went out at around 1am, and it took the generators a few minutes to kick everything back so we were stuck in total darkness for that time, not to mention that without power the door locks don’t work and that was a little scary lol

The bedding was comfortable.

Got there after 4pm check in, the people in front of us were told their rooms weren't cleaned yet, neither was ours. We finally were notified around 5 p.m., they were ready. The front desk clerk was texted a list of about 10 rooms at once instead of being informed after each room was ready. We then were not able to get ready for our event that we planned on being at by 5:30. Just had to change and do the bare minimum. On top of that, the mini fridge didn't work. Probably won't be back.

Great location and water was comfortably hot. The young gentleman who checked us in (about 930pm) greeted us with a warm smile. He had exceptional customer service.

We were in room 406. The toilet ran all night, every 15 seconds. This is no exaggeration. I even took a video to time it. The air conditioning unit runs loudly. It runs louder than I could speak. The young lady who checked us out at about 615am was not courteous. It was almost as if we were interrupting her. I didn't get a name, but I'd be able to describe her. I asked her if she could add my Bonvoy Number to the booking because I did not add when I booked the room. She acted as if it was a burden. I still don't know if she added it so I could get points for the stay.She was more concerned with the paperwork she had sitting on her desk than her customer.

The room was very comfy and spacious. The toiletries provided smelled amazing. The location was ideal for our needs.

There were 2 queen beds in our room, one had crisp clean sparkling white bedding while the other looked dingy and stained with either sweat or urine from previous tenants. The A/C must have been out in the common areas as there were several large corrugated pipes in various areas of the lobby and bar. The breakfast was a little lackluster. We were really looking forward to the advertised latte before our early morning start however when we approached the breakfast bar to order we were quickly met with "oh no no we only have these 3 items available" The staff was friendly but not overly attentive. Everyone, other than the bartender, was leaned over playing on their phones and took multiple attempts to get their attention for help. Overall the convenience is what will bring us back, not the staff or amenities.

Location was superb, great access - and super friendly staff. Thy were all welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Some upkeep issues - things seem to be just at the edge of tired and not addressed.
