The beds and rooms were their normal excellent comfort and cleanliness.
I so miss the amazing cooked breakfast, where I could order an omelette and nothing was in cellophane and prebought cooked. Avoided the breakfasts totally this stay after the 1st day. Very disappointing.
The carpeting is also looking a little tired and worn in places.

The building and the location are great! The atmosphere is nice and romantic.
I stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have my rooms cleaned, even upon request and time scheluded.

The property was clean and conveniently located to stores and restaurants.
Pool area was clean.
The mattresses were horrible. They were like sleeping on an air mattress or waterbed.

the overall stay was and property was good. however we were in need of more towels and washcloths m, thinking that we have cleaning service (towels, trash) since we were out of the room for the entire day, when returning to the room we called to see if our room was accidentally skipped? We were told that because of Covid, the room attendants only serviced rooms Monday -Friday, that they didn’t like going into peoples rooms on the weekend!!! If it’s a staffing issue then communicate that. Otherwise that’s a stupid excuse, they still had a gym, pool and breakfast! That smart virus knows exactly where and when to go. We were told we could come get towels if we wanted to. For the amount of $$ we paid to stay there you would at least think they could bring them to the door.

No where to park but an insecure public parking garage out of view of the motel. The beds were like an air mattress too soft and unstable. Took 5 minutes to figure out the shower. The staff was rude, as if they were too good to be pleasant. Dirty and dusty if you looked past the facade. The very basic wall ac/heat was a run of the mill unit and it smelled musty when turned on. The room was very small, the TV was small and just not what would be expected for the price. Very very disappointed. Wont be back wont reccomend.

from the pictures, combined with the price, weI expected a fancy hotel and a really good breakfast. Both was not as expected. We also did not like it that they took &50 off our cc even tough we already had given our cc info,

This place is great! Nice area with lots of restaurants and a movie theater across the street. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is quiet.
Breakfast wad not as nice as they advertised the day we went and it doesn't start till 7 am.

Location and hotel itself was very nice.
Our bed was a sink hole. You could not move without your partner feeling every little twitch you made. This made it really sad since the hotel itself was beautiful.

parking was all public so it was difficult to find a spot that wasn’t far away. ended up in the parking garage kinda sketchy.
