Colset was in another room with a step up into the bedroom TV hard to work. Smal work area.

A hidden gem. Very clean. Looked remodeled on the inside. Bed was comfortable.

The room had mold in the corners of the shower. The room was ridiculously small no room to walk between the little table and the bed. and dusty floor was dirty. Several cockroaches were noted. Outside of the facility, it was noted an orange sticker on the cashiers window that stated condemned due to the hurricane yet this facility continued to attempt to take people in as guests. This is dangerous, since the place is marked as condemned, not acceptable at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever and I don’t think anyone should go. I’m sorry, but they were told they were condemned and that meant no one should be there. It was only one other person that I saw in the parking lot that was it very high dollar we paid For a stay that we immediately checked out for because of the situation and now we have to try to get our money back for what they wanted for one night which was very expensive and again a very bad facility. Do not go there.

We like little motels. Property was clean rooms were very nice and up-to-date. The shower was wonderful it had a nice stream of water. On the beds were very comfortable.
this is very minor they need more chairs out front by the door. They only had a spot for people that smoked and a lot of people don’t smoke these days. They do only need about six more chairs and it would be wonderful

Basic, comfortable, very clean large room. Beds comfortable, plenty of pillows. I really liked the soap dispenser by the sink, and soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Nice new tile floor. Shower old but clean, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Close to airport (4miles).
No amenities like breakfast or coffee/tea bar. Noisy road in the early morning. Expensive for what you get.

Typical old motel was just what we expected. We chose it because it's close to the airport in Punta Gorda and we only needed it for sleep for a short time. Staff were gracious and upgraded us to a room with a king bed without charging extra. We recommend you ask for a room at the back of the motel. The motel is on a busy road and it's noisy if you are given a room in the front.
It's an easy drive to the waterfront in Punta Gorda. Easy drive to restaurants.

Not there for breakfast, departed early for flight. Location good as close to airport. Outside appearance left a lot to be desired. Rooms clean and had been updated. Not usually staying in this type of hotel but met our needs and comfort for the 1 night stay.
Outside appearance is not very good. Also a place that rents for periods of time.

Felt like I was back in the '60s. The room and bath were updated, but very small room. Also air conditioner was very loud and kept cycling on and off. We could not sleep. Even though we paid for two nights, we left after one night to go to a more comfortable, modern room.

Nothing else was offered. The room was clean but a horrible musty odor permiated the room. The tub and shower surround was very rust stained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the room was a huge disappointment. Right on the highway so it was very noisy.

The location was great and the value was exceptional. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and included a mini-fridge/freezer that was actually cold, as well as a microwave.
The cell reception was poor and I had to go outside to make a call or send a text. The Dish TV went out the minute it started raining, which is typical with Dish but still inconvenient, A grab bar by the toilet would be a great addition.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and its convient location to the airport.
My only complaint is the A/C unit was struggling to keep our room cool.

Clean. Quiet place to rest for 6 hours waiting on flights Cab driver associated with hotel (debbie) was very prompt in picking us up at 4:00 am and getting us to airport.
No food available. But understandable.

Very nice large and clean room. King bed very comfortable. Fridge with freezer also microwave and coffee maker. All worked fine. Located just a few minutes from downtown. I will recommend

Even though it was old and the front needed remodeling and paint, the room was very nice.
It needed a facelift on the front, still looked like the 50s, and couldn't go in the lobby area.
