Check in and out was very smooth, decent breakfast, comfortable beds, and housekeeping came every day.
The lobby being disconnected from rooms, and everything was pretty old and dated. Clean, but old.

The air conditioner smelled like mold and made the room unpleasant.

Beds were comfortable
Our room smelled awful when we first entered it. Had to spray something to try and get rid of the smell. Breakfast never had enough food out for the amount of people there. There seemed to be only one person working on getting the food out and doing everything herself. The pictures on the website are NO WHERE near what the hotel looks like in person. The exterior is not appealing at all and the pool did not appear to be clean. Parking is a nightmare and getting in and out of the parking lot is super tight and dangerous. There is no way I would ever choose to stay at this location again

The staff was great! Especially during the breakfast rush they were on it keeping stuff stocked. At every encounter they were friendly. The location right next to Rubio's was super convenient.
The whole hotel was slightly muggy, but the room was especially so. Even with the A/C on it was a bit humid. The A/C was incredibly noisy - it would wake me up.

The room was not disinfected and the tub drainage was very poor. We requested assistance and it was not resolved.

It was nice that it was close to Sea World,and that breakfast was more than pastries.
The parking lot is a nightmare for large vehicles, the variety of foods at breakfast is very limited, no gluten free or friendly options, carpet in the halls is very hard for wheelchairs to move on, the tub in the handicap room we were given was not accessible, the TV hardly worked too. It would say "weak or no signal" every few minutes on pretty much every channel. For over $200 a night, you'd think their TV would work.

We booked late due other accomodation falling thru, subsequently received a email to say the booking had been rejected, Only to find we had still been charged for the room the next day

the location is ON POINT. it is practically 15 minutes to everywhere!
the front desk was in a different building. There was no 24 hour coffee machine

the room reaked but we didnt know why. we returned after 5 minutes from getting food and there was a smell but not from.smoking. also the pictures online look slightly fancier then in person
