Everything was great, we enjoyed use of the living room in the evening with our group.
Only complaint was smelly garbage can in the "bar area" that we were using but I moved it to the porch and that was fine. The bar area was great!

We loved the cozy atmosphere, the Christmas tree and fireplace in the lounge, our spacious and charming room. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the sunny dining area in the morning. The inn keeper prepared the food and everything was delicious! We felt well cared for during our stay!

The room was both spacious and quaint. Michele was helpful and friendly. Great options for breakfast, which was delicious! The building was cozy and quiet. The fireplace was a really nice touch. Will definitely stay again.
There wasn't a whole lot that we didn't like. The parking area isn't paved, and was a bit muddy, due to the recent snow melt. Honestly, that's really all we can really think of. This place is outstanding!

Breakfast was the best time of our stay. Staff members were friendly and food was wholesome. The dining area is a beautiful place to spend one's time. The Inn at Jackson was built in 1902 and the establishment is still maintained akin to the original construction.

The INN WAS LOVELY AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT! THE INN WAS CLEAN AND COMFY. AND THE HOSTESS WAS FRIENDLY. THE 2ND DAY OF OUR STAY WE ATE AT ALOCAL PUB TYPE REST. SOME HRS. LATER MY SISTER AND I BECAME QUITE ILL I BELIEVE IT WAS FOOD POISINING. THE HOSTESS ALLOWED US TO STAY AS LONG AS WE NEEDED BEFORE WE HAD TO TRAVEL HOME. THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!! I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN Maybe in the fall.
That we got so sick after eating at THE SUNRISE REST.!!

The coziness and charm was wonderful! The Inn keeper made us feel so welcome. I loved having the option to go downstairs and use the glasses for drinks or make a cup of coffee or tea! Hot tub… YES!!

The location was just stunning, we came into Jackson not via the covered bridge but via the mountain road, we had amazing views and seeing the Inn was just beautiful. We were made to feel very welcome with a welcome note ready for us in our room.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic. There’s a breakfast menu daily and the food is made to order. The warm scones were delicious. The fire pit was a nice feature. The house has beautiful architecture.
We stayed here based on the good reviews. I feel the reviews didn’t match the accommodations. The rooms were large, but in need of updates. I didn’t think they were very clean. That may be because of the worn upholstery and bed linens. The stay was fine, but the place needs some TLC and updating. There was no one available at checkout for interaction and there’s a basket to leave keys instead.
