The property is incredibly convenient - right by the river, tons of shops/restaurants, and a quick drive to the airport. The staff was also incredibly kind and friendly.

Our room got a little cold due to the heater temporarily not working. The sheets were also thin which led to chilly sleeping conditions.

The room was clean . The breakfasts were good if you could get there before 100 other bus tour customers cleaned everything out. We were cold one night and asked for extra blanket, we were told there were none. plants and flowers were dried out. We were woke up 2 days- one morning there was a blood bank there -running bus in parking lot. Pool was green on bottom. The person -Older female was abrupt and rude with me every day- polite/kind to people in front of me x 3 days. The last day she realized I had had it and was slightly more pleasant. Loved the proximity to river street., loved proximity to tour buses and shopping.

I was charged more than what was confirmed when I booked the hotel. I called about it, and was told I would receive a call back from the manager, but did not receive one. My confirmation stated the price was $563.44, including taxes and fees. The bill was $632.02.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was afraid it would be dated or dumpy but, it wasn't. All the areas including the rooms were updated and attractive. It was a perfect location because, it was a short walk to the river. That's what I wanted. Also, the best restaurants and attractions were close by as well! This was a great location for the money!!!

The check in. I gave them my confirmation info and they couldn't find my reservation! I was scared, thinking about what I was gonna do if they couldn't find it. Then. they found it. I don't know if it's a property issue or, a problem on your end but, the attitude I got from the front desk was that they hated these types of reservations made on your site. They seemed put off by all the work it took to find it!
