Perfect location for the needs of my trip. Close to freeway access and stores/restaurants.

No hicieron limpieza en los 4 días, encontramos toallas sucias al llegar, no había jabón ni shampoo, nunca hicieron limpieza porque en lobby no dijeron que no tenían personal para eso, quisimos hacer checo Outlook a las 5 am y abrieron hasta las 7 am, batallamos para que no dieran papel de baño y shampoo (me dijeron en el lobby que tenia que pagarlo).

Que cambien a la administración

Needed breakfast. The door knob to the bathroom was falling off. It was weird that the mattress were different firmnesses.

The room smelled . The shower didn’t work correctly. When I asked to be moved they said it would cost me $100 dollars to more to move me. So Because they had a substandard stinky room, it was going to cost me 100 more dollars. What the hell!

Hotel was clean, service was good and the price was the best around for Labor Day weekend.

The beds were so comfortable that the room was clean and affordable. Will be back

Soap was tiny.

Room wasnt clean and found 1 big empty bottle. Staff didn't giving us extra clean towels. Missing telephone cord.

It was close to everything we needed/wanted.

The room needed a comfy chair. The only chair in the room was a mettel mesh chair with a very thin cushion. .

The location was alright. Walmart was half mile away. My granddaughter enjoyed the swimming pool, although it was very small and had zero towels. She had to use a room towel, which left us short for showers.

The description was misleading! It said the rooms were suites. Family room with 2 queen size beds. It was a normal double room. When I questioned the desk at check in. He said Family Room means " there is room for a family." lol The room had a broken microwave, it's smelled l I ke smoke when started and made a terrible sound. Blow dryer, overheated in 30 seconds and wouldn't restart . The iron was messed up as well. Luckily, I brought my own iron and blow dryer. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash or soap. We only had 1 small soap in the room. Good thing Walmart was so close. Walmart closes at 11:00 p.m. so bring your iwn!

There was no reservation for us from booking.com when we arrived. The did have a room available at same price and all worked out well.

The location was good for us to be able to do a day trip to Monument Valley and to South Rim Grand canyon.

Not very clean. Sheets with hair and dirty stinky pillows.

Cash deposit went missing g during my stay. Had to argue with staff and all while tow truck waited , I had to make sure I got my deposit back because I left room pristine and when he told me my deposit wasn't in their drawer,well that told me someone is a theif there. Not my problem, but the staffs bad attitude and inability to make my leaving as easy as my stay was.

Though dated the Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Beds were comfortable.

Got charged for 3 nights and only stayed one. Tried to change dates before check in but app would not allow it. Will not be back or recommend to anyone $260 is too much for one night.

first room we were assigned was on the second floor. it had a soft spot in the bathroom that flexed when walked on. After explaining to the desk clerk we were given another room. The room air smelled stall.

Location was excellent and pricing was in the right budget for me
