The location - - close to the airport
There was no toiletries in the room - - lotion. There was no plastic bag in the closet for clothes. I thought I was getting two queen beds, but got double beds.

We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and quiet. All staff members went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times because we love the location by the airport!
I always use booking.com for my reservations! Unfortunately this time, the Double Tree overbooked because of a conference and sold our reservation! I had a confirmation number and everything! The staff was incredibly Rude, and I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone not to stay there also! I will continue to use Booking.com, because it was not their fault, also this room was already paid for and they still said they didn’t have our reservation!

Shuttle to airport and allowed to leave my car there for the 9 days I was on my vacation

Good stay, but I got on my motorcycle and headed out.
Heater switch when on "Auto" did not activate. Had to use fan all night set at 72 degrees. Room stayed warm. Once I was asleep I did not hear the heater fan. Overall a good stay.

We fid not arrive until Thursday, June 22 at 2:30 AM. The hotel sent a very nice gentleman to pick us up.
We were to be there 3 nights. No one told us our room would not be cleaned—bed not made, trash cans not
emptied, towels not replenished. We found a maid on the floor who gave us some. Our trash cans overflowed.
As we checked out, I asked the clerk if there was a rule about staying only 3 nights.
He said we had to ask for it to be cleaned & restocked.
I would suggest that guests be informed of that policy.

The restaurant served marvellous food. The gym was OK. Remember they do count the weights in pounds, not kg. 😉
The small coffee brewer at the room made good smelling and tasting coffee and this made me happy. The fridge at room was a good facality.
The shuttle was good service. Thank you!
There was no good possibility to take a walk in the neighbourhood.

Staff was friendly
Shower was dirty and requested extra towels no extra towels I had tj make an addition an request and didn’t get towns until after 8:30. I ended up getting extra towels myself out of the pool area !

Desk not informative from beginning. Shouldn't have to call about wifi pass word. Advise there will ne N o maid service unless requested, sink stopped up. Maid should have noticed that, toilet not flushing, maid should have noticed all of this before we checked in.

The room and hotel were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful and very clean. The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work but they were good about taking my call to report it. There was a loud whistling sound like wind coming from somewhere but once I got used to it I was able to sleep with it as white noise.
