It was hiding behind another hotel

La cama en la parte de abajo estaba sucia con polvo y basura, la persona que atendía se desesperaba muy rápido y lo sentí muy prepotente , entiendo que no hablaba español pero tenía que tener paciencia y en ningún momento del trato la tuvo 😞

Staff was friendly. They kept the riff raff out despite it was a bad area and lots of shady people around. The hotel guest were all families.

The staff were very friendly.

Everything was dirty and very uncomfortable. Also doesn’t help that there was a syringe on top of the air conditioner.

Bed bugs

The location was the best feature, working at Citgo I was 3 miles from there. Bed was comfortable, maybe a bit too soft for my taste but I slept really well anyways. They accept pets, I had my two cats with me and there was no problem at all with that. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings and that’s a plus.

There was no coffee maker. mini fridge nor microwave in the rooms. They had ice machines but only by the office. They weren’t providing housekeeping services due to COVID, which it really didn’t bothered me too much since I mentioned I had my cats with me and I was planning on having a no disturb sign by at the door anyways.
