There was no breakfast that I know of. I liked the room and the staff was very friendly and very helpful

The loudness of the guest above us and the ones walking around the outside of the room at all hours of night ..

The location. Easy access, close to a variety of stores and restaurants. And that you had a pool. The staff was very helpful during check-in and check-out. Great customer service. Housekeeping was amazing as well.

I found two little roaches. Maybe have the exterminator come out more often. And bigger showers for us plus size lol

Fun discount family place with nice pool.

Avoid! Cockroaches in room, dingy small grotty bedroom. Looks like some rooms are let out to people down on their luck (nothing wrong with that), however there were small groups of people loitering in the car park and outside their room. I did not feel safe or comfortable here. I checked out 2 mins after checking in and went to the Hillstone Inn 2 doors down- that I would recommended. It was cheaper, cleaner, included breakfast, had security & the room was tastefully decorated and clean.

There was ice in the ice maker

Check in - they did not have the room size I reserved so I received a substitute - when I came back from eating I changed my clothes tried to turn on the heat - nothing I am 78 and spent the night with no heat - when I went to the front desk the next morning to let them know there was no heat in the room the desk clerk laughed - yes she laughed because I had not heat. This was not my first time to stay there but it was my last.

asked for moving in another room in the middle of the night and that was no problem also front desk called me the next day to inform me that they gonna do smth about the bugs

cockroaches in first room and other bugs smelled heavily like cigarette smoke we also found in the second room cockroaches but „just“ 1 or 2

Front desk staff are very knowledgeable and have been very pleasant to conversate with.
