i only stayed for a night or two it was okay but could have been better for the price i paid

No ac in the rooms it wasn't working Plus outside as soon I got there people outside was asking me if want to buy drugs someone ask my son if he wants to buy shoes then someone else asked me if I can rent a room for that personnot a good experience at all for me and my family we feel unsafe

The room had a foul stench that I couldn’t sleep through for the evening. we had literally walked in and walked out. Was their “last room” as well. made no accommodations to help remedy the issue other than “crack a window” and “some air fresheners”. I did receive a refund (5-7 days later) on my card on file although I did request to pay cash upon arrival. No confirmation call to check for my payment option.

They didn't have no breakfast they had ice on the sidewalk and I slipped and fell hurt my knee which I'm going to get that looked at they wouldn't I thought I left my phone in the room when I was to check out which I checked it I just left at 9:00 went to the store and stuff I came back at 10:00 I left the card in the room I went back to the office to get her card to be able to get my stuff out they wouldn't let me go get my stuff out and it was at 10:00 check out it's 11:00 and they're like well what's in staff to go get your stuff I said well I am trust him to go and get my stuff it don't matter what you can't let you have the car back I paid it till 11:00 that morning and they wouldn't let me get my room totally being rude got to the room the sheets had ashes and stuff on it they weren't even clean stuff all over the countertops shower didn't work properly the heater did not keep the room warm and absolutely sucked I would like my money back sitting out in the car smoking a cigarette because we don't can't smoke inside they said I couldn't stay out in the car to smoke they said they can't be hanging out out in your car I paid for this room I should be able to hang out in the parking lot if I wanted to even if it was for 10 minutes or so so motel 6 absolutely sucked and I would like my money back I mean there's ashes all over the damn bed stuff all up underneath the bed is nasty the remote didn't even have a back to it had to find my own batteries for it it's just ridiculous I was about to call you anyways and let you all know hey this was ridiculous I want my money back I mean I pay for a room that they were disrespect me and won't even let me be out my car when I want to smoke a cigarette or let me even go get my freaking stuff out before even 11:00 thank you have a good day

I would let them know that they need to get a tv in the rooms. plus people were loud all night Playing the tv. I could hear people talking really loud in the morning right in front of my room. there was hair on a towel still. they could do better in that area. plus i shouldn’t have to pay $74.00 for a room with no the. next time I’d like a discount.

they were dog friendly

The location was good. Affordable pricing. Bed was comfortable. I usually stay there when I go to visit my kids. Comfort wise the best room so far. This one actually had microwave and fridge (most rooms there don't) and charge place for phones was nice.

THERE WERE ROACHES! All over the place. I actually left a day early because of the roaches. Crawling all over walls fridge microwave etc. I left because I wanted to make sure they didn't get in my luggage.

We reserved a room at this establishment for ten days (to remain at my place of employment) prior to my promotion taking effect. My family and I had to remain in Pueblo until we could move to our new city farther south in Colorado. The rate was extremely cheep at around $45.00 a night. The room was presentable with some remining dirt, a corn flake on the floor and an extra guest in the form of a baby cockroach. Even with the low-cost of the room a normal guest would expect all the amenities to be provided and working. Granted the summer season has officially ended as it was past Labor Day. So, the swimming pool was a stretch to still be open, despite the 87-degree temperatures outside. I’ll chalk that one up to COVID and think they didn’t want to worry about large groups being together. Asked the front desk for a chair for the room around 1430, so that my daughter could use it to sit and perform her on-line schooling (during our stay), was told that they would get one in “a little while.” Attempted to gain Wi-Fi access (had to call the front desk for the password), received the password and nothing. I could connect to the router, but the router wasn’t connecting to the internet. Kept receiving a “Wi-Fi” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration” under problems found. Called the front desk and they stated they would reset the router, nobody else had complained and “It’s working fine over here…” Still no connectivity. Spoke to the front desk in person and was informed that “It’s not my job, I don’t know what to do…” I attempted to have the person occupying the front desk walk with me to show them the point where the internet service switched routers and lost connectivity and they wandered off without saying a single word. The building has several exterior routers (I assume) to maintain connectivity throughout the property. I was able to locate two routers that appeared to be faulty using simple diagnostic tools on my mobile device. I’m also assuming that anyone with

The 3 rooms were so disgusting the floors were not cleaned the bedspreads were gray in color and extremely uncomfortable. rooms smelled like smoke. In each room you could hear your neighbors extremely loud and there was a domestic violence incident in one of the rooms next to us.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Just by looking at it when we got there, we could tell that it was not going to be a restful night. My boyfriends back was very sore due to that old, old mattress.

It was convenient location.

The only thing that I did not like was they didn’t offer shampoo and conditioner, but I brought my own.
