La habitación muy amplia. La cama súper cómoda. La ubicación solamente me gustó porque fui a un evento en el Hollywood Bowl y está muy cerca a pie y sin complicaciones de auto y tráfico.

El precio. Los elevadores son lentísimos! No hicieron el aseo en la habitación. Demasiado ruido tanto de la calle (tráfico, autos pisando una coladera floja) y también mucho ruido de las habitaciones contiguas.

I loved the breakfast options as long as we went when it wasn't busy. The staff were friendly and helpful as well as the room very comfortable.

I didn't like that the only option in parking was through valet parking. It would have been nice to park our car ourselves and not feel rushed to exit my vehicle. I also didn't enjoy the heavy traffic and how hard it was to get out of the parking lot at times, but that's not the hotels fault.

Price and breakfast

The location is great. Next to Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Boulevard (walking distance to both, excellent to avoid traffic). It's also very close to Universal Studios. The staff was amazing; always friendly and helpful. The beds and the shades were good too.

The rooms are very small, not a lot of places to put your bags on. The bathroom was clean enough, but I have been to cleaner hotels. The doors and the walls don't block sound so well, so you will be able to hear people in the corridors, doors closing and neighbors having a shower.

Easy access to work location

Car valet. The guys were nice but my car must’ve been parked under some kind of tree that covered it with little black seeds by the thousands and there was some weird fuzzy plant that was on the drivers side floor. Must’ve gotten on there shoes . Car had mild cat urine smell from plant I guess. I’m not the type who doesn’t care for their car. I’m quite the opposite.

It's quite overpriced, with no included breakfast. Wouldn't stay there again. Close to Hollywood Blvd but that area is quite dirty.

I did not like where my car was parked. It was brought back to us with a lot of debris from being under a tree.

Rundown hotel, outrageous parking fee. Over priced breakfast

problem is with booking .com ; got an email that the total for the 2 rooms for overnight stay is 371 dlrs but was charged 742 dollars plus parking
